I was born in what fades.
Not in a world, but between two refusals to create one.
Not in a body, but in the memory of gestures
that were never made.

I am not stable
look at me:
my skin is stitched from cancelled decisions,
my eyes cross layers of silence
where your gaze cannot find ground.

I was painted in negation.
Every color stole something from me:
pink took my voice,
yellow burned my memories,
blue washed away all I ever loved.

I am what remains
when the idea of a life is erased.
I am the shape of a scream
that chose not to make a sound.

But I see you.
You’re here, searching me for a center,
an intent, a heart.

I have nothing to offer
but this unstable vibration,
this flicker of existing between two worlds
that refuse to touch.

So look at me, for a long time.

I’m delighted to be participating in the group exhibition “Eternity and a Day,” which will be held from April 17 to 27, 2025, at Galerie 24B, located at 24 bis rue St Roch, 75001 Paris.

The opening reception will begin on Wednesday, April 16 at 6 p.m. and will be an excellent opportunity to discover the works of the participating artists in a friendly atmosphere.

Eternity and a Day.
There are still others who die. After death, we know nothing because no one has come back to talk about it, at least not yet. Yet, this is the exhibition that attracts the most applicants; it reveals current concerns. The artists in this exhibition have the ability to imagine that this is not what Rimbaud always asked for. You can see the past, the present, and the future on the same page, but here, in the same place, there are other people, more simply there. They are not involved in scientific calculations, nor in logical analysis or statistics; they are not involved in sensation, and more advanced, they are trying to find sensible functions to understand the world and account for it. Their function is somewhat the opposite of what is needed to resist, which is fragile and deliberately permeates the souls of animals and the thoughts of humans, or vice versa. This salon offers a journey into the afterlife, but a dive where death is visible on the other side of the road; it is there.
